Active Green+Ross is proud to announce that we will operate 11 of
the Sears Canada retail auto centres in markets across Ontario
starting in May/June 2004. Additionally, the Sears DieHard brand of
batteries will be sold exclusively at all Active Green+Ross shops in
Ontario. Existing Sears automotive warranties for products and
services will be honoured and the Sears Card will be accepted at all
locations.
11 Sears Auto Centres in Ontario will be converted to Active
Green+Ross locations. Three Ontario Sears auto centre locations that
closed in 2001 (Cornwall Square, Hamilton Lime Ridge Mall and the
Promenade Shopping Centre in Thornhill) will reopen as Active
Green+Ross locations.
Our President, Ralph Chiodo said: "Sears has provided us with a
great opportunity, we are already key players in the Greater Toronto
Area from Oshawa to Barrie to Hamilton. However, the additional
locations that we recently secured through our arrangement with Sears,
will enable us to service even more of the Toronto market plus the
additional locations in Ontario."
