If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Honest, customer oriented staff that go out of their way to make customers feel like they are truly valued. Drinni, Ray and Steve are all amazing! Such a welcoming atmosphere with top notch service! Definitely recommend and I will be returning! Thanks guys!
I've been a happy customer of Active Green on Upper James and thought I'd try the Rymal location. I am just as pleased with the friendly and honest service (thank you Steve). I brought my vehicle in after it struggled to start and the mechanic couldn't find anything wrong. I really appreciate the honesty and that I wasn't asked to fix anything. I will continue to bring my vehicles here and recommend you do too if you're looking for a mechanic you can trust.
