These guys and gals are awesome! They searched for the proper parts needed for my 2002 Saab 9-3. You could tell they were actively trying to keep the price down. The bill was as they predicted. VERY reliable group to take your car or truck. I have been happy with them for years and many of my friends agree.
I recently visited Active Green & Ross on Bank Street, and I had a great experience. The staff was welcoming and professional, and they took the time to explain all the options available for my vehicle. I really appreciated how quickly they got the job done without compromising on quality. Overall, the customer service was fantastic, and I will definitely be returning for future services. Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for reliable and friendly auto service!
I so enjoy coming to get my serviced here. Always stellar honest service. The staff is extraordinary. Friendly, kind and helpful. I would not trust our vehicles anywhere else.
I was in to repair the same tire.twice which was finally fixed at no additional charge. I was very impressed with the friendly gentleman???s ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. He ensures the tire did not have to be replaced.
