Cliff was over the top/exceptionally helpful. I walked in as the store was closing, but Cliff went out of his way to help me get back on the road. This level of customer service is commendable! Would definitely recommend 10/10.
I recently had the pleasure of visiting Active Green + Ross at Dufferin location and couldn't be happier with the service I received. Cliff took the time to explain all my options, keeping in mind my budget. What truly stood out is their commitment to customer satisfaction. Overall, Cliff and his team have always exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of new tires or automotive services. I'll definitely be returning for all my future tire needs!
When I arrived, all the bays were full and all the spots were taken. I was told it would be a bit of a wait. 15 min after my appointment time the tire was fixed and ready. I have a long drive ahead and appreciate the good quick service.
10 yrs with this location. Always happy to give you top notch service, Cliff and Peter are amazing customer service reps, who are keen and eager to share their ample expertise and knowledge and always willing to help. Highly recommended
Iâm very satisfied with the knowledgeable and courteous service that I have received from Clifford and Howard over the past several years.
Thank you again.
I regularly change my seasonal tires at this location.Cliff is very service focussed & aims to please. When I changed to summer tires in May he advised me that I had limited tread left. I ordered new tires from Cliff & he matched Costco's price.
