When I moved to Barrie I asked my local mechanic at the time where I should take my vehicle and he recommended Active Green & Ross. He said that female seniors can be taken advantage of and from his experience, it was the best place for service. I've been to the shop four times and received excellent service and the prices are reasonable. I have been able to wait for my vehicle instead of making a return appointment or having to return later for pick up. I tend to ask alot of questions before I agree to any work and they're always eager to answer my questions. Keep up the good work!
While travelling to the cottage, my car broke down in Barrie, ON. Finally, the 5th repair shop I tried, Active Green & Ross - Anne St. South Barrie, greeted me warmly and fixed my car. Not only was I from out of town but I had my two dogs with me. The day was hot and humid with storms and they allowed me to bring in my dogs into the store while they fixed my car. A huge thank you to Alison and Steve for taking their time to help me!!!! I would highly recommend this business.
Carrie provided excellent advice and service. Transmission issue had the potential to be very expensive. Carrie provided options to complete the repairs and save some $$. Great job Carrie.

I was extremely impressed with the service I received Dec 30. They were able to get me in for an unscheduled appointment and return the vehicle in under 4 hours. Very polite and customer service level is top knotch. Thank you so much
Just returned home a very satisfied customer. David Hanslip, Service Advisor and Technician John Mark Pajara both listened to my concerns regarding a brake job that we had done last July and promised to make it right for us. They did thank you
I assumed my car had a problem with a brake system and I called Active with questions. The person who got my call was so friendly and welcoming that I felt so comfortable. The repair service was very fast and accurate. Thank you again so much.
So impressed with them. From accommodating our last minute request for an appt, completed the job for less than originally quoted and done faster than expected. Very happy, will recommend to friends and be back! Thank you!!
