I have been a customer of this green and Ross location for over twenty years. When I find a place that offers professional service and professional staff, I will always return. They have been servicing my family vehicles for tires and maintenance without any complaints. We feel welcome and not taken advantage of. I would recommend visiting Active Green and Ross to experience the service and see for yourself.
A colleague of mine at work sent me to this AG&R because they are polite, efficient and honest. They have been unfailingly honest and courteous. Even if I have to make a trip to the dealer, they have helped me understand what is wrong so I don’t get ripped off. I’ll NEVER take my car elsewhere. The best people on staff ever.
Staff were courteous and welcoming when I stopped by to make an appointment. This location is clean and well maintained. My vehicle was repaired and ready shortly after I left it. I will be using this location from now on.
The work is always done well, quickly and at a fair price. The team (Mike this time) called to review additional findings and talk about potential solutions. I won???t take my car anywhere else.
As per usual, the Team...every person I interacted with (3 in total), were welcoming, friendly, service oriented and helpful. Time and time again, I am impressed and reminded of why I have chosen this location.
Helpful, polite, patient, respectful, friendly, trustworthy, inspires confidence. Always recommend to others. Thrilled that Charlie sponsors local & community-based youth and adult recreational sports teams. A true gentleman as are his employees
Charlie and his Staff are A1. They complete what needs to be done and do it right the first time. I can always depend on their service. You can't go wrong going here. Donna
Service Advisor Charlie was courteous, and helpful in providing me good advice. The job was completed on priority based on my request, to suit my work/ travel hours. I shall be grateful for his help. Pleasant experience - good people & service!
