I have been going at Green and Ross for years, this time i was in a rush and mentioned it to them, they worked on my car very quickly to accommodate me… Every one at check in is always very plaisant, friendly, helpful and professional, it is always a pleasure to go there.
This Active Green and Ross is a fantastic place to get your car serviced. I had the engine light come on my mini Cooper and doing my own research I learned that there could be a number of problems that would need to be fixed in order to get the engine light to come off. I am happy to report that the technician who worked on my car today. Did a fantastic job assessed the entire situation and told me that there was no major issues and everything worked out perfectly in this situation. Other mechanics would’ve taken full advantage and do a trial and error to get things sorted, but I’m happy to say the mechanics had Active Green and Ross are excellent and don’t mess around. I highly recommend them for all your automotive needs.

The problem was a slow coolant leak. The source was determined to be the housing containing the thermostat and ECT sensor. The replacement part was installed and a coolant flush was performed. Excellent troubleshooting, repair and workmanship.
