I ordered and changed my tires from here. Shawn and team provided a great customer experience and explained another issue I had that needed fixing. Honest and fast.
Went in without an appointment. Despite that, I was accommodated. The oil change and rear brakes and drum were replaced within an hour despite the garage being busy. In my opinion, based on several years of experience with them, I can vouch without any reservations that Shawn and his team of shop mechanics are very respectful, honest and excel at their job. My 2009 RAV4 drives smoothly and is very well maintained for the lowest cost under their care.
The customer service during my visit was exceptional. The employees were kind, considerate and fixed my car efficiently. I appreciated their attention to detail. Thanks so much!
Exceptional and excellent service. Shawn was very friendly and accommodating. I purchased 4 winter tires and they were installed to my satisfaction and on time. Will definitely return to this store for service of my vehicle. .
