I had an excellent experience at Active Green + Ross Car Mechanic Shop. Mani, the technician who helped me, was incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and professional. He took the time to explain the issues with my vehicle in simple terms and made sure everything was handled efficiently. The service was quick, the pricing was fair, and the quality of work was top-notch. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for trustworthy and skilled auto repair services. Ask for Mani – he truly goes above and beyond for his customers!
Last year they got us in after hours and I was so thankful for them as I know no one wants to stay later. Treated us amazingly and gave us lots of information in regards to our roters and brakes that were causing us issues as well. Couldn't have asked for better people to work on our cars. Will recommend all family and friends her. Amazing job guys
One of my tire needed to be sealed and I thought I needed to buy 4 brand new tires. Manny was very helpful, cordial and accommodating. After inspection, he he fixed it. I would recommend Active Green and Ross to anybody who needs tires.
Great service at this location this morning.
Time frame for seasonal tire change and repair of one snow tire with imbedded screw took about 35 minutes.
Waiting for email receipt of service from this morning..
The service was completed before the scheduled appointment even began. The staff at the desk were lovely, not only to customers but respectful and kind to each other as well which was so nice and made me feel so comfortable.
Awesome service by the Manager Chris, and the technicians. My car went in sick and came out healthy. After repairs it felt as if it wasnât my car. The car is running very smooth and back to nomalcy. Will recommend Active Green any day.
Thank Yo
