They were extremely helpful to me when I had a flat tire and wasn’t sure of the cause. I had CAA tow my car there, because I wanted them to “diagnose” my flat tire instead of putting the spare on and driving it there. CAA took 12 hours, and it was a giant nightmare on my end with CAA, but the staff here were so patient and friendly. They fixed my flat tire very quickly and I was very impressed with the pricing. I had a garage I was dealing with before, but the staff here are so wonderful that I am going to be a regular customer here, instead.
These people are absolutely fantastic. Honest to a fault, and will work with their customers. Dare I say they actually care about their customers. If you need a new mechanic shop, well look no further than Active Green and Ross on Fennell and Upper Sherman. I love these guys.
Both the Service Advisor and Mechanic (Dan) did an outstanding job in sharing their knowledge of my problem and repair. Dan went above and beyond explaining the scope of the work and eventual repair leaving me 100 percent satisfied. Amazing!!!
Not only fixed the tire with the nail in it but checke d all the others and found a nail in another tire and repaired that one too. So thankful they did the extra check. Thank-you
