My left rear tire sensor went on and said to check tire pressure while I was commuting to work on the 401. I pulled into a tire shop close to the office. They were not interested in assisting me so I went to the competition down the road. Staff watched me drive into the parking lot. I got out of my car and explained my problem. Right away they said there was nothing wrong with the tire and it was the sensor so they filled all 4 tires up with air to correct the problem. The staff saved my day as I had an important meeting to get to. Thanks again Green + Ross!
When I took my vehicle in to have my winter tires put on, I requested that they do an oil change too. Instead of just going ahead with the oil change Gary checked my car and told me I did not need to have one done yet. Nice to have someone who wants to save their customers money by doing unnecessary repairs.
A simple bolt problem on the steering rod that makes noisy on a bumpy road.It was fixed quickly by the store.The fixed steering tie rod end problem has still warranty on it.
