The tire installation was quick and professional. The wait room was pleasant and the staff were extremely helpful and personable. And having my tail llight replaced here saved me $250 over my dealership quote.
I had a problem with a tire , part of the rear set that I was hoping to nurse through the summer before replacement. Went first thing in the AM for an opinion. Friendly staff informed me that they could have my tires installed that afternoon. Given that it is winter-summer tire switch season, I was more than surprised. I returned at three, the car was on the hoist at three- o-five and I was out the door before four. You cannot ask for, or expect, better service than that! The price was market value fair; the staff was very friendly and helpful, the waiting room was clean and comfortable, The office would be considered wheelchair accessible. An excellent experience during the busy season. I recommend.
Mario was excellent. He gave me clear and direct answers to all my questions. He was straight up about all costs. My vehicle was ready right on time. The garage was super clean The whole turn around from start to finish was a single afternoon.
