I had a wonderful experience at Green and Ross today. I called in a jam as my rear tire had a screw stuck in it. They were able to get my car in right away, give me a good deal on two new premium tires and replace them within two hours. Very professional and knowledgeable , friendly and helpful. I knew I was in good hands even though that was the first time this car was ever at Green and Ross. I would definitely recommend them for all of your car service needs.

Came in with a brake issue and really appreciated how everything was explained clearly to me. When I moved to Barrie I asked my local mechanic at the time where I should take my vehicle and he recommended Active Green & Ross. He said that female seniors can be taken advantage of and from his experience, it was the best place for service. I've been to the shop four times and received excellent service and the prices are reasonable. I have been able to wait for my vehicle instead of making a return appointment or having to return later for pick up. I tend to ask alot of questions before I agree to any work and they're always eager to answer my questions. Keep up the good work!

Great shop, Shahid is very friendly open and honest about what I needed to get done today and where I had the opportunity to wait on some maintenance. Even better was they have an option where I didn't have to pay for 90 days and it is interest free.

Not only were they able to accommodate me with a same-day appointment on a Friday, but they were able to have the tires I needed in their shop in less than 2 hours. Costco, Walmart, and the other popular tires stores did not have what I needed in stock as I assume it’s not a very popular tire size. Their customer service and quality of work were amazing, and they answered all of my questions with respect. I’ll be back for sure. Thank you Maurice + team!
