I’ve been taking my cars to Active Green and Ross locations for years, and for the first time I tried this location and it did not disappoint! The service is efficient and the staff are very friendly! I will definitely be taking my car back for future services.
I came in with an emergency- a flat that needed my spare swapped in. The flat was damaged, and not able to be repaired safely. While I was there, they were able to do an oil change for me. We scheduled my summer tire replacement for the coming Saturday. Everything went smoothly.
I stopped by to do the Seasonal Tire Change Over and the Service Advisor said that this would be completed in 45 minutes and when I returned 45 minutes later the car was ready to go. Happy with the service and keep up the great work!
They were able to schedule an appointment a lot sooner than other places. My appointment was even moved up to an earlier time and I was in and out within an hour. Car keys were also wiped down before and after service which was also nice.
