I thought that the email reminder that I got a few days ago was useful in that it prompted me to book an appointment on the spot. I recognize that these are tough times for everybody, and appreciate the service we get from this G&R location

As always, the work was done efficiently and completely. Some future repair work was pointed out to me but there was no pressure to do it now. I always recommend this location to anyone who asks.

I visited this location for the first time and was very impressed. The location was very clean and comfortable. I was impressed at how much information they had about my car considering I hadn't been there previously. Joe was great.
