Neil and Marc were great, very easy going, up front and honest, and I felt like they were actually looking out for my best interests. They were recommended by the body-shop that repaired my car and I would definitely recommend to others. Thanks!

I've engaged Active G&R twice with outstanding results. Scott and Dianna are no more 'shop keepers'. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is impressive. The friendly and warm atmosphere makes customers feel their vehicle is in safe h

You guys are great! Fast service at a reasonable price and I appreciate that I’m not treated like I don’t know anything about cars because I’m female. I prefer coming here over the Nissan dealership any day!

I love taking our cars to this location in Oakville that is run by Shalin & Anand Rairakhia. They are the most professional and the most pleasant people to work with & they are also very honest in their dealings. I will always use them !

The staff at this location identified serious safety issues with my 2005 Saturn Vue. I would like to thank them for their due diligence and would recommend 455 Ottawa St. N. location to everybody.
