The appointment booking process, the intake at the store, the call to explain and suggest repairs, and the pick up were all professional, courteous and informative. I’ll definitively keep bringing my business to you and referring others.

Over and above my expectations, not only did I get the tires I needed but I also will receive the $70 Michelin rebate! Mike was extremely patient with my limited knowledge of my cars needs, he asked all the right questions.

I came in without an appointment for an exchange of my rear brake light. It was done right away. Thank you.

Excellent service by the manager and the staff carrying out the tyre change on my vehicle. I have been using this Active Green & Ross for years now for all three of my family vehicles and the service and personal interaction is always superb.
