I had a rental vehicle, and the washer fluid wasn't flowing to the windshield. They took me in even though they were swamped and they called the rental company, got approval to change the wipers (they were frozen). I was able to get home safe.

Eugene (and the gentleman on the counter in the afternoon, cant remember his name) went above and beyond to ensure that the vehicle was delivered on time and on estimate. I am extremely happy with the service.

My father and I came in today for service due to a battery issue. The weather outside has been frigid cold for a few days now. The issue was resolved quickly and professionally. Excellent, reliable and experienced staff with exceptional service.

My repair was simple. A flat tire was repaired properly using my TPP+ insurance coverage. This was the only GTA store open Sunday with time to do my repair. No wait, prompt and pleasant service, and no cost to me. Thank you Green & Ross and TPP+
