The employee behind the counter was most helpful and efficient. Lots of people came in but he was consistently calm and helpful to everyone.

Great guys here! Chatted up the manager while waiting. Super respectful. Quick service. Great communication from the mechanics. I will certainly tell community members to go here when they need tire swaps or maintenance.

Thanks for dealing with my car while I waited yesterday. I'd apparently booked as a collect later in the day, but my plans changed as my daughter had a PA day, so I needed the car. Much appreciated that you were able to accommodate me. Thanks!

I wanted to say what a great job this store did accomodating me with new winter tires for my Honda Ridgeline. Neal and his service techs were very professional and courteous. The service was done in a very quickly timely manner! Great job guys!!

Always feel comfortable and well taken care of going to Active Green & Ross and feel that they give good and honest service. Friendly staff as well. Had lengthy service done and had a ride home and back from one of the very friendly employees.

Everyone was friendly, helpful, and efficient. Ken and Rob did their best to meet my expectations, and went out of their way to make room to accommodate my available schedule. Very happy with the service provided. Recommending to friends/family.

Huge thanks to Steve and his crew for great service! Steve went above and beyond to fit my repair in. He also offered a lift when more damage was discovered and he needed to keep my car longer. Thank you!!
