Both Randy and Chris explained in detail what work was being performed on my vehicles and took me into the work shop and showed me first hand. They also made suggestions as to what additional work I should consider for future. Highly recommend.

I marked down my appointment time incorrectly so was 30 minutes late. Steve accommodated that lateness even though he was short-staffed. It was above and beyond and I so appreciated that.
