I used to do our cars service in Brampton then which I stopped because of their customer service. I changed my mind when I started going to 14 Queens. They are customer oriented, friendly, and many more that keeps me taking our 4 cars to them

Fit me in to get my tires changed and I REALLY appreciated being able to have them done sooner rather than later as I will be doing a lot of driving this month. Thank you !

I had to reschedule my appointment with less than an hour notice due to an unforeseen circumstance and Kevin was very accommodating. MIke was also helpful with answering the questions I had. Overall customer service was great.
