Found the staff to be very helpful. The store was very clean and didn't smell like a repair shop at all. I am very pleased with my new snow tires.

I found Luv and the team to be very knowledgeable and highly professional. The tires are performing as promised. Looking forward to my next visit.

Did not rate clean and inviting because external door was under repair - not the fault of management. It did not impact on the service.

Guys were great, go the extra mile to check everything to ensure there won't be any problems in the near future. We got a new set of snow tires, they checked the rims, brakes, and even put on a new set of wipers. Keep up the great service!
