Hello, Yesterday, I brought my car in for tire change and forgot all 20 tire bolts, had to return home to retrieve them, the associates were all very gracious and understanding when I returned and ensured the jobs was done.

Purchased four new snow tires in 2015, had problems. Was told by the dealers one tire was the wrong size. The store has changed ownership,but the current owner was helpful and sold me the correct tire. I'm now stuck with an extra snow tire. HELP
