A big shout out to Randy Dyment, the Service Advisor at the shop. He so very helpful. He goes over & beyond my expectations for an auto shop. Wouldn't go anywhere else for my repairs. Trust him completely.

Had a vibration problem with a set of snow tires that I purchased @ G & R in Welland. Jeff went above & beyond the call of duty to ensure that the situation was rectified to my satisfaction, which it was.
