Wayne is always very fair and gave me a break on the service costs when I was unhappy with the tire being written off after only 4,000 kms. I'm happy with their honest and dependable service, but maybe the Michelin tires are not so good?

I was going to be late for my appointment and called ahead. I was assured by Alison that it wouldn't be a problem. I arrived about 30 minutes for my tire change appointment. In spite of that, I was still back in my car within 45 minutes.
