The service was exceptional. The technicians worked to find me the best solutions at the least possible price. They did not pressure me in to paying for services I did not want to, and provided me with a full and clear list of reccomendations with the costs. I will definitely be going back!

I had a wonderful experience at Green and Ross today. I called in a jam as my rear tire had a screw stuck in it. They were able to get my car in right away, give me a good deal on two new premium tires and replace them within two hours. Very professional and knowledgeable , friendly and helpful. When I moved to Barrie I asked my local mechanic at the time where I should take my vehicle and he recommended Active Green & Ross. He said that female seniors can be taken advantage of and from his experience, it was the best place for service. I've been to the shop four times and received excellent service and the prices are reasonable. I have been able to wait for my vehicle instead of making a return appointment or having to return later for pick up. Not only were they able to accommodate me with a same-day appointment on a Friday, but they were able to have the tires I needed in their shop in less than 2 hours. Costco, Walmart, and the other popular tires stores did not have what I needed in stock as I assume it’s not a very popular tire size.
