I had a full brake job done on my Volkswagen at Active Green + Ross, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Not only did they complete the work the same day, but the price was literally half of what I was quoted at another shop just down the road. John at the front desk was absolutely amazing—friendly, professional, and super helpful throughout the process. It’s rare to find this kind of service and value these days. Highly recommend!

I've been a happy customer of Active Green on Upper James and thought I'd try the Rymal location. I am just as pleased with the friendly and honest service (thank you Steve). I brought my vehicle in after it struggled to start and the mechanic couldn't find anything wrong. I really appreciate the honesty and that I wasn't asked to fix anything. I will continue to bring my vehicles here and recommend you do too if you're looking for a mechanic you can trust.

We had a great experience with our recent visit. We were given an excellent price on tires, all our concerns were addressed in a timely manner, and, most of all, we were very impressed with the extremely detailed condition report on the vehicle.

I received excellent customer service from Dave. I was expecting to buy a new tire but with Dave's helpful experience, I left with a repaired tire at a lower cost. Thanks for your friendly and very efficient service. Dianne G
