While travelling to the cottage, my car broke down in Barrie, ON. Finally, the 5th repair shop I tried, Active Green & Ross - Anne St. South Barrie, greeted me warmly and fixed my car. Not only was I from out of town but I had my two dogs with me. The day was hot and humid with storms and they allowed me to bring in my dogs into the store while they fixed my car. A huge thank you to Alison and Steve for taking their time to help me!!!! I would highly recommend this business.

Last year they got us in after hours and I was so thankful for them as I know no one wants to stay later. Treated us amazingly and gave us lots of information in regards to our roters and brakes that were causing us issues as well. Couldn't have asked for better people to work on our cars. Will recommend all family and friends her. Amazing job guys

Mike is a nice professional guy. He fixed my flat tire today while Mr lube located at Kennedy&Lawrence said this is not fixable and you gotta get a new $300 tire. Despite the fact that my car is brand new one, they were gonna charge me for a new tire. Thanks Active Green +Ross for your hospitality and offering me coffee and drinks.

These people are absolutely fantastic. Honest to a fault, and will work with their customers. Dare I say they actually care about their customers. If you need a new mechanic shop, well look no further than Active Green and Ross on Fennell and Upper Sherman. I love these guys.

Scheduled for a winter to summer tire swap. I was in there less than one hour. Clean office and comfy chairs. Can recommend, however you will need to make an appointment as they are incredible busy. Probably because they provide reliable, professional service. I plan on being a lifetime customer.
