I brought my vehicle to the shop as I needed to get an oil change and also wanted them to check out my brakes as my vehicle was making sounds and I had suspicions that they were on their way out. The gentlemen that helped me (I wish I had gotten their names.) were fantastic and very helpful. I did end up needed brakes and a few other things. My vehicle runs smoothly and quietly now. I would definitely be going back and recommending them to everyone. I also like that they offer financing although I didn’t need it.

I had a complicated repair for my Nissan Pathfinder. While 2 other shops said they didn't have the right tools or capacity to do the work, I recalled a good experience i had in the past at this Active Green & Ross. After reaching out they were able to get me a quote within 15 minutes. The repair was a 3 day job, finished on time. It's the best my car has run in sole time. Not only were they able to accommodate me with a same-day appointment on a Friday, but they were able to have the tires I needed in their shop in less than 2 hours. Costco, Walmart, and the other popular tires stores did not have what I needed in stock as I assume it’s not a very popular tire size. When I moved to Barrie I asked my local mechanic at the time where I should take my vehicle and he recommended Active Green & Ross. He said that female seniors can be taken advantage of and from his experience, it was the best place for service. I've been to the shop four times and received excellent service and the prices are reasonable. I have been able to wait for my vehicle instead of making a return appointment or having to return later for pick up. I tend to ask alot of questions before I agree to any work and they're always eager to answer my questions. Keep up the good work!

They were extremely helpful to me when I had a flat tire and wasn’t sure of the cause. I had CAA tow my car there, because I wanted them to “diagnose” my flat tire instead of putting the spare on and driving it there. CAA took 12 hours, and it was a giant nightmare on my end with CAA, but the staff here were so patient and friendly. They fixed my flat tire very quickly and I was very impressed with the pricing. I had a garage I was dealing with before, but the staff here are so wonderful that I am going to be a regular customer here, instead.
