I had a flat tire late in the evening and while every other shop was closed Harry and Sam were willing to help me out. The two were very friendly, polite and kind enough to get me out of that situation. The work was well done and quick. I am so grateful to those two young men for helping me out.

When I moved to Barrie I asked my local mechanic at the time where I should take my vehicle and he recommended Active Green & Ross. He said that female seniors can be taken advantage of and from his experience, it was the best place for service. I've been to the shop four times and received excellent service and the prices are reasonable. I have been able to wait for my vehicle instead of making a return appointment or having to return later for pick up. I tend to ask alot of questions before I agree to any work and they're always eager to answer my questions. Keep up the good work!

Appreciate the great service from Doug and his team. Went in for brakes all around and while the car was there, I was sent video/pictures of a couple other issues. No pressure to get done right away but it made sense while the car was there - easier and cheaper to take care of it all at once! And avoided potential break down later too. Took me car in for an oil change and to get the brakes checked. They really took their time and recommended service which I opted to put off as I’m not sure I will be keeping this car for long. They also did their full check over everything. Yes, it was more expensive than a simple oil change ($250), but I now have peace of mind that my car with 260,000km has no major concerns and know what to budget for in the future.
